Account Manager - Water Hygiene / Legionella (Aylesbury)
Hybrid working. Up to £50,000 base salary + OTE £65,000 (uncapped commission on upselling & cross‑selling) + benefits.

You’ll be joining a well‑established, privately owned compliance business with a strong reputation in the water hygiene and Legionella sector. Known for their client‑first approach, they work closely with organisations across commercial, healthcare, education and public sector environments—focusing on long‑term partnerships rather than transactional service delivery.
Role
A client‑facing position focused on managing and developing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow relationships.
This is not a cold sales role—it's about building trust, retaining business and using your technical knowledge to naturally identify additional work.
Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of water hygiene / Legionella clients
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
* Conducting review meetings and ensuring service delivery standards are met
* Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across services
* Liaising with internal teams to coordinate works and resolve issues
* Providing technical guidance and compliance support to clients
Qualifications
* Background in Legionella risk assessing, water hygiene or water treatment
* Strong understanding of compliance and water systems
* Experience in a client‑facing, supervisory or senior engineering role (or ready to step into one)
* Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities
* Full UK driving licence
