The Sales Support role provides essential assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, customer accounts, and supporting sales processes during the pre-sales phase to help achieve team targets.
Key Experiences & Skills:
Sales support, manage pricing and tender offering
* Support salespeople during tender submissions by obtaining quotations from subcontractors and third-party providers.
* Complete requests for credit checks.
* Handle PQQs and quality questionnaires on tender returns.
* Utilize tendering tools and CRM to organize documentation.
* Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure accurate customer data in CRM.
* Create Asset Management reports following surveys.
Customer Relationship Coordination:
* Support the development of customer relationships, loyalty, and satisfaction.
* Qualify leads and organize sales visits.
* Work with sales and operational teams to drive results through orders and contracts.
* Coordinate and submit tenders.
People:
* Collaborate with internal teams.
* Engage with team members to share best practices for better results.
Key Skills & Experiences:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
