Senior Associate / HOD / Partner
Location: Surrey | Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits
Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey, is seeking a Senior Associate, Head of Department, or Salaried Partner to play a key leadership role within their growing commercial property team.
The Role
You’ll join a dedicated team of 4 and manage your own diverse caseload while overseeing a team that includes:
* A Senior Associate
* Two experienced support staff
The role is predominantly office-based, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after probation.
You’ll advise a broad range of clients including investors, developers, lenders, corporate occupiers, and users of retail, office and industrial premises.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all aspects of commercial property work, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Grant and renewal of business leases
* Commercial funding and secured lending transactions
* Take on a leadership/management role within the department
About You
* 4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (guideline only – all levels considered)
* Strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial mindset
* Proven ability to work independently and lead a team
* Excellent client care skills and a solutions-driven approach
