We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Independent Living Advisor to support older residents to livefortably, safely, and independently in their homes.
You’ll be the first point of contact on site — offering reassurance, practical support, and excellent customer service. From helping residents settle in, to keeping the building safe and well‑managed, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive living environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills who enjoys a varied, meaningful role.
Your new role
1. Support residents as they move in and get settled
2. Carry out regular site and safety checks across the building
3. Respond to tenancy‑related queries and escalate issues where needed
4. Monitor contractors and ensure work ispleted to standard
5. Keep accurate records and update systems promptly
6. Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues quickly and professionally
7. Provide a calm, approachable presence for residents each day
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience working with older people
9. Amitment to Equality and Diversity
10. Ability to adaptmunication style to different needs
11. General administrative and numeracy skills
12. Able to work independently and as part of a small team
13. Clear spoken and writtenmunication
14. Confident using Microsoft Office
