Your new companyThe consultancy is a small Nottingham-based advisory practice focused on property and estates strategy. It supports organisations that need senior, hands-on expertise, offering practical guidance on estate planning, asset management, and organisational improvement. Known for its collaborative and pragmatic style, it works closely with leadership teams to strengthen decision‑making, improve performance, and deliver clear, commercially grounded outcomes.
Your new roleYou will work in the Building Surveying team, managing professional services as well as projects. You will work across a multitude of sectors excluding residential. You will manage your own work load, and clients and work independently.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in Building surveying and be keen to work with both project management and professional work such as condition surveys and dilapidations. You will ideally be MRICS qualified, but they will consider experienced Building Surveyors without the charteredship status.
