About the Job:
* Ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards.
* Keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team.
* Occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
* Follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments.
* Maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly.
