As a Production Engineer, you will play a vital role in tackling a range of production challenges, ensuring high-value, low-volume products transition smoothly from design to manufacture.
This role is open to both junior and senior engineers. What matters most is hands-on experience in fault-finding on electrical systems and the ability to confidently understand and work with terminology such as high and low voltage.

In this position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine production processes, support the introduction of new products, and help maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency on the production floor.
You’ll be directly involved in bringing complex design concepts to life, contributing to projects that are shaping the future of advanced engineering.
Ideally, you will hold a degree or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with experience working on electro-mechanical systems. A good understanding of the product lifecycle and new product introduction processes is also highly beneficial.
