We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join an experienced and supportive team in our beautiful, custom designed home in Partington. Here we will support 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Rewards / Benefits -
The hourly rate for this role is £12.60, this will increase to £13.15 per hour when qualified. We have different shift patterns available and everyone is required to work 1 sleep shift per week.

As a Residential Support worker, you will be providing the best care and support for our adults in their daily routines including varied activities in their local community and access to education.

Requirements
Experience in care would be great but full training and induction is provided
Drivers are preferred
Be approachable, friendly, proactive, resilient and engaging
Be keen to develop yourself through experience, training and qualifications
Safeguarding Requirements
Bright Futures commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Satisfactory references are also required.
