We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Services to lead our IT operations. This role sits on the IT Leadership Team as part of the Product & Technology Function and reports into the Director of IT. Your role will be accountable for the overall operation of our infrastructure and Line of Business applications, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and service delivery. What You Will Do People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure service excellence and value for money. Budget Management: Oversee IT budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives. Business Cases: Develop and present comprehensive business cases for IT initiatives, demonstrating clear ROI and strategic alignment. Information Security & Cybersecurity: Ensure robust information security measures are in place, safeguarding company data and assets against cyber threats. Infrastructure Operations: Take accountability for the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, driving enhancements and optimizations. Own and manage the view of the Vendor landscape and associated contracts to inform appropriate and timely engagement in the contract management lifecycle What You Will Need Proven experience in IT management, with a strong focus on people leadership. Demonstrated success in managing third-party suppliers and vendor contracts. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and developing business cases. In-depth knowledge of information security practices and cybersecurity principles Proven track record in a multi-disciplinary IT environment in a fast-paced business. Extensive experience of leading a service management function, within a complex service delivery environment.
