Looking for a short term role in a smart, professional environment? This medium sized investment firm in the City is looking for a polished Corporate Receptionist to step in ASAP and keep the front of house running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so confidence, professionalism and a friendly approach are key. Perfect if you’re between roles or available immediately.
What you’ll be doing:
• Welcoming clients and visitors and managing sign ins
• Answering and directing calls professionally
• Managing meeting rooms and calendars
• Keeping reception and communal areas tidy and presentable
• Supporting with light admin and ad hoc tasks as needed

• Rate: £15 per hour
• Duration: 3 week temporary role
