Contracts / Project Manager – Fire Door Installations London & Surrounding Areas | Specialist Subcontractor Our client, a well-established specialist subcontractor within the Passive Fire Protection sector, is currently seeking an experienced individual to manage the delivery of fire door installation projects. This position is open to experienced Contracts Managers as well as capable Project Managers or Assistant Contracts Managers looking to take the next step in their career. The Role: This is a key operational role focused on the successful delivery of fire door installation projects across a range of commercial, residential, and public sector environments. The appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, in line with safety and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include: Managing the full lifecycle of fire door installation projects Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials, and suppliers Liaising with clients, inspectors, and certifying bodies Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and third-party accreditation standards Monitoring project timelines, costs, and documentation Driving quality assurance and health & safety across all projects Requirements: Proven experience delivering fire door installation projects is essential Must hold a valid third-party accreditation (BM Trada, BRE, FDIS, or equivalent) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Background in passive fire protection, carpentry, or joinery is preferred Benefits: Company pension Private medical insurance Life insurance Sick pay Annual bonus scheme Supportive working environment with opportunities for continued progression Location: The role will involve travel to various sites across London and the Home Counties.
