The Role
We’re looking for a Social & Digital Designer who is fast, inventive and culturally plugged-in.
You’ll be as comfortable coming up with a social idea as you are designing and producing it. You’ll understand platform behaviours, digital storytelling and visual culture, and you’ll be ahead of the curve in using AI tools to accelerate exploration and execution.
You’ll work across:
* Campaign branding
* Social-first campaign design
* Digital and interactive content
* Motion and short-form animation
* Reactive and real-time creative
* AI-assisted visual exploration and production
Your craft will help ideas earn attention, understanding and impact across channels.
What You’ll Do:
* Elevate design across every output with world-class craft and cultural intelligence.
* Design scroll-stopping social and digital content across platforms.
* Track platform trends, creator formats and visual behaviours.
* Turn campaign ideas into platform-native executions.
* Develop visual concepts for social and digital activations.
* Build modular asset systems for fast rollout across channels.
* Use AI as a tool for exploration and innovation.
* Contribute to a kind, optimistic, curious design culture.
What You Bring:
* 3–5+ years of design experience with a versatile, thoughtful portfolio full of social-first design.
* Strong layout and systems-thinking ability.
* Social design that feels culturally attuned.
* Skill in transforming data and science into intuitive visuals.
