As a privately-owned and multi award-winning regional housebuilder, they pride themselves on delivering bespoke developments in some of the South East's most desirable locations.

They are looking for a Customer Care Operative to join their Beaconsfield office and play a key part in creating lasting relationships with their new home buyers.

What You'll Be Doing:

* You will be the trusted point of contact, engaging directly with residents to ensure they feel valued, supported and confident in their new home.
* Carry out a range of remedial work for our client's customers who have moved into their new homes across their developments.
* Accurately record and access information on their Customer Care software.
* Maintain good communication with customers and their Customer Care team.
* Be fully prepared for each job with the necessary tools, paint, supplies, etc. so that work is carried out as efficiently as possible.
* Communicate clearly with clearly with customers and Customer Care team.
* Answer questions from customers, escalating where needed to ensure a smooth resolution.
