Warehouse Production Operative | Permanent | Waltham Abbey |£24k | We are working with our client who are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Warehouse Operative to join their team. The role involves handling, preparing, and inspecting devices, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining machinery and supporting daily warehouse operations. The Responsibilities: Apply adhesive to moulds to waterproof devices. Apply specialised coatings to displays. Use specialist machinery to polish devices. Inspect and clean devices to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all machinery. Implement solutions when operational issues occur. Collaborate with supervisors to investigate and allocate priority for stock and volumes according to demand. Assist with ad hoc duties in other departments as required. Skills & Requirements : Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude or experience using specialist machinery is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically able to handle devices and perform repetitive tasks safely.
