Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxford Salary: Up to £90,000 + £6,700 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus Project Value: £90m Reports: 2 x QSs reporting into this role We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading housebuilders and regeneration specialists, for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-profile Canalside project in Oxford North. This is an exciting opportunity to take commercial lead on a major £90m, 317-unit RC frame residential scheme, managing cost and value across the lifecycle of the project and leading a small but capable team of Quantity Surveyors. The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be pivotal in driving the commercial success of the Canalside project. You’ll oversee all aspects of cost control, contract administration, procurement, and risk management – ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget. You’ll also have two Quantity Surveyors reporting into you, so leadership and mentorship are key parts of this role.
