My client is one of Reading and Berkshires most established firms who are looking to recruit a Senior Associate into their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. This is an opportunity to join a practice with a true team ethos, a supportive environment, and strong cross-departmental collaboration.
Working alongside experienced partners and senior colleagues, youll handle a diverse and challenging caseload, including commercial contract disputes, insolvency matters, fraud, professional indemnity, construction disputes, breach of warranty and s.994 claims, as well as international arbitration. Clients include blue-chip businesses across sectors such as financial services, logistics, leisure, automotive and FMCG.
Youll be an experienced disputes lawyer, comfortable supervising juniors, managing complex cases and delivering pragmatic, commercial advice. With clear progression opportunities - including genuine partnership potential - this role offers no ceiling for ambitious, driven candidates.
