Job Title: Acute Occupational Therapist Banding : Band 6/7 Location : Epsom, Surrey Working Hours: 37.5 per week Rate : Competitive, to be discussed upon application An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist to work for our NHS client based in Epsom, Surrey. The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for a short-term contract. What will your responsibilities be? As a Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist, the primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with a range of physical, psychological, and cognitive conditions. This includes developing and implementing personalised therapy plans to enhance patients' functional abilities, independence, and overall wellbeing. The role requires working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care, supporting both short-term recovery and long-term rehabilitation. In addition, the post-holder will be involved in supervising and mentoring junior staff, contributing to clinical education, and promoting the use of evidence-based practices in the service. Qualifications and Experiences: Must hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent Must have acute medical/care of the elderly/rehab/rapid assessment skills HCPC registered How to apply?
