Job description

Idex Consulting is working with a leading national IFA firm in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare paperwork for planning meetings (agendas, valuations, performance reports, trust forms, etc.)
2. Liaise with providers to obtain client product details and prepare illustrations
3. Submit and monitor new business
4. Process existing client transactions (withdrawals, top-ups, bed & ISAs)
5. Manage fund switches, proposition changes and rebalances
6. Maintain accurate client records across platforms (iO, Papercloud, Moneyinfo, Truth)

Experience

7. Financial services experience with FCA regulation knowledge
8. Proficiency in iO and Excel
