The Role
Working as part of a tight-knit and collegiate team, the successful applicant will support the established and growing Private Client team to service a dynamic caseload of clients.
With a consistent flow of clients being referred through the Estate Agency practice, you will be in a position to support members of your local community with some of their most crucial legal arrangements including, but not limited to:
1. Wills
2. Executry Administration
3. Succession Planning
4. Preparation of Powers of Attorney
5. Tax advice
Much of the role will be client-facing and involves making home visits to those clients who are unable to attend the office. The firm supports many local charities and care providers with meeting their patients' private client needs, meaning you should have a caring and empathetic attitude.
You will be a core member of this growing team, vital to supporting them in undertaking this incredibly fulfilling work.
The Ideal Candidate
6. Is an experienced paralegal, ideally with Law Society accreditation
7. Background in Private Client work
8. Can manage a varied caseload
9. Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
10. Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
