What You’ll Be Doing
* Helping customers with queries via phone, email or other channels
* Taking ownership of every case you handle to provide the best resolution
* Supporting our in-store teams with system and order-related questions
* Spotting areas for improvement and suggesting ways to make the customer journey better
* Bringing empathy, calm, and clear communication to every interaction
