* Support the effective use and ongoing maintenance of the HR and Payroll software platform and other systems, ensuring they are optimised for accurate record-keeping, efficient HR and payroll processes and insightful data reporting aligned with business needs
* Contribute to system upgrades and enhancements and assist in the evaluation and implementation of new systems as part of improvement projects
* Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support to system users and managers, including responsibility for system administration, data analysis and reporting to enhance service delivery
