Your new role
You will be responsible for processing invoices,managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
* Processinvoices and ensure timely payments
* Managevendor accounts and resolve any issues
* Reconcileaccounts payable transactions
* Prepareand process electronic transfers and payments
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
* Proven experience in an purchase ledger role,preferably within the public or not for profit sector.
* Proficiency MS OfficeSuite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good time management and organisational skills.
