Overview
Senior Residential Support Worker role at Bright Futures in Widnes, Liverpool. The position combines hands-on support with team leadership to make a real impact. You will be a role model for best practice, guiding and motivating colleagues, supporting new staff through induction, and ensuring our care meets the highest standards. You will also work directly with the people we support, assisting with day-to-day activities, planning meaningful activities, and keeping meticulous records.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support to individuals with autism or learning disabilities.
* Lead and motivate team members, support new staff during induction, and promote best practices in care.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement meaningful activities for people we support.
* Maintain accurate and thorough records of care, progress, and day-to-day events.

* £35,370.47 - £36,035.26 inclusive of one sleep
