What you'll be doing
* Design, develop and deploy new automation and low-code solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow and (ideally) UiPath.
* Maintain and support existing automations, resolving incidents and problems within agreed SLAs.
* Work directly with business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
* Test, debug and optimise automation systems to ensure smooth operation and successful deployment.
* Perform routine system health checks and maintenance activities across Power Platform, ServiceNow and related integrations.
* Identify new automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
* Produce clear technical documentation and provide user training when required.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is technically strong, highly organised and passionate about delivering high-quality automation solutions.
* Recent hands-on experience in automation engineering or low-code development.
* Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow workflows or UiPath.
* Experience integrating automations with external data sources such as SQL or SharePoint.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for workflow and process integration.
* Strong understanding of programming concepts, system testing and debugging.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
* Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience in logistics or a fast-paced operational environment is a bonus, but not essential.
