\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nInbound and outbound calls from warm leads - focusing on upselling financial products and investments\nProvide excellent customer service with a focus on retention and satisfaction.\nParticipate in a comprehensive 2-week training program, including call listening and product knowledge.\nWork collaboratively within a team to meet and exceed sales targets.\nMaintain accurate records of calls and sales in the company database.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with background checks. \n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\nProven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably within a call centre environment.\nStrong customer service skills with a focus on retention and upselling.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.\nBasic understanding of financial products and services is advantageous.\nProficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. \n\nIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
