Under the hierarchical responsibility of the IBCPPI EPR Installation Engineering Unit Manager and under the functional responsibility of the HPC Installation Project Manager to which he reports, HPC Mechanical Installation Leader is in charge of the proper preparation of the site operation related to the following installation activities : Package EM2.1 « Erection of main primary system component », Package EM2.2 « Erection of reactor equipment », Package EM11.2 « Assistance to commissioning», Package EM6 « Primary Insulation». He coordinates: EM2, EM6 and EM8 technical integrators, He works closely with: EM2 Site and head office Methods teams, Installation Manager Units 1 and 2, EM2 and EM6 Package Managers NNB Program and Technical teams, UK4101 Project PMO team, Head office Engineering, HPC Mechanical installation engineer main missions are as follows: HPC Project activities for mechanical installation scope: Documentation management : LOD, documentation process, 6WLA Support to Installation Project Manager for preparing PFR Contractual management: Support to GCs, EW preparation, related to Installation Engineering Open Point Configuration management : TCN opening, follow up, notification… Interfaces inputs : IDT, RFI, CR … R&O: Participation & support to R&O on mechanical installation scope Communication: Weekly site meetings to maintain a link between Site & Head office Specific topics follow-up, on case-by-case basis (Peelable varnish on PZR’s nozzles, Internals gap measurements,…) NNB interfaces Technical follow up & assistance Daily technical clarifications Readiness review preparation Collaborative approach with NNB for Overall HPC installation topics Documentation ongoing activities follow-up Weekly installation readiness meeting organization Meeting slides preparation Animation MoM FRA interfaces Input clarification for Installation Teams : visibility (especially with other HPC project stakeholders), support, Attendance to weekly interface meeting with DTIM, Specific topics follow-up. Localisation : HPC Site Expected expatriation duration : From 3 to 5 years.
