Due to increased pupil numbers, the school is expanding its support team and is looking for resilient, proactive and compassionate individuals who can support pupils both academically and emotionally. This role goes beyond traditional classroom support — you will play a key part in pastoral care, behaviour support and mentoring, helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning and develop positive relationships.
