What’s In It for You: Up to £55K basic Performance based bonuses Pension scheme contribution What You’ll Be Doing: Managing a mix of acute healthcare and commercial contracts – ops, finance, client, compliance, all of it Leading site teams and subbies – getting the work done, safely and properly Building relationships with clients who don’t need hand-holding – just clear communication and solid performance Keeping records sharp – CAFM, compliance docs, budgets, audits Quoting for additional works (HVAC, M&E – estimating support provided) Supporting junior managers and mentoring where needed Staying cool under pressure and sorting problems before they land on someone’s desk What You’ll Need: At least 10 years managing M&E/FM service contracts (ideally including healthcare) Confident running P&L on multiple live sites Able to scope and price HVAC works (support available for larger/complex jobs) Strong with H&S, compliance, and quality standards Solid grasp of CAFM, MS Office, digital reporting (training on our systems provided) Calm, capable, and commercially smart Mechanical or HVAC background a real bonus About the Company: This is a well-established, respected M&E and FM business with a strong client base in healthcare, public sector, and commercial environments.
