About the Role
Flexible People Ltd are looking for a Transport Debrief / Admin Clerk to join one of our prestigious client's transport teams in Atherton. This key role supports the Transport and Fleet functions, ensuring all driver documentation, compliance checks, and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time. You will be maintaining up-to-date records, managing vehicle-related data, and providing clear communication between operational teams and service providers.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with the times being 0900am to 1700pm.
The rate of pay for this position is 13.70ph.
Key Responsibilities

Driver De-Brief: Check and verify all driver paperwork on return, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Vehicle Checks: Conduct and record random vehicle inspections with drivers to maintain compliance standards.

Defect Management: Escalate any reported or identified vehicle defects to the Fleet Administration Team for prompt resolution.
*
Daily Reporting: Update daily transport KPI sheets, defect logs, and compliance data.
*
VOR Process: Monitor and manage the Vehicle Off Road (VOR) process, liaising with the fleet team to minimise downtime.
*
Coordination: Work closely with Fleet and Transport Planning teams to support efficient daily operations.

Documentation: Print and issue transport orders as required.
*
Filing & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate filing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for audits and reference.

About You

Strong administrative and organisational skills
