Sales Support Coordinator Location: Waterlooville Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and 9:00am 5:00pm Are you an experienced Sales Support candidate looking to join a well-established and growing business? Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming customer enquiries and process orders from business clients. * Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications. * Process and track orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout. * Maintain regular contact with existing customers to build strong, ongoing relationships. * From time to time proactively contact customers who haven't ordered recently to explore new opportunities. * Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. * Handle numbers confidently, including pricing calculations, order volumes, and discounts. * Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service. About You: * Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer account management is essential. * Confident handling numerical tasks such as pricing, quotations, and order calculations. * Professional, confident phone manner, you'll regularly liaise with customers by phone, so clear communication is key. * Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. * Strong attention to detail, especially when working with customer specifications and orders. * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English required.
