As a Residential Support Worker, you will be a key part of creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You'll provide daily care, guidance, and support to promote their emotional, social, and physical development, making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.

Our client is looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people. To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
1. A Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
2. Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs, and associated behaviours
3. An understanding of trauma-informed care and behaviour support
4. Relevant qualifications in youth work, social care, or a related field (preferred)
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. The ability to lead by example and engage positively with young people
7. A patient, energetic, and compassionate approach
8. A full UK driving licence and a clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
