Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Sales and Supply Chain Finance team, you will partner with Digital, Marketing and Supply Chain leadership to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability and operational efficiency. You’ll lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting, develop financial models, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for assigned areas of the P&L.
- Create and maintain robust reporting and data visualizations.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive strategic financial decisions.
- Perform ad hoc promotional and operational analyses.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools and automation to improve analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor variances and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for increased profitability or efficiency.
- Build and refine financial models, diagnostic tools, and analytical frameworks.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to deliver relevant reporting and analyses.
- Synthesize and present analyses to audiences ranging from peers to senior leadership.
- Educate non‑finance partners on financial concepts and business drivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in multi‑unit retail or restaurant environments.
- Preferred: CFA/CPA designation.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (SmartView), SQL, Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to perform ROI, profitability and variance analyses.
- Working knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting and accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High ownership and accountability with a proactive mindset.
- Strong judgment and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $99,000.00 - $138,000.00 (estimated)
Eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), sick leave, vacation time and more.
