Job Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation - prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety standards are met.
2. Station Management - oversee the production of dishes at your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
3. Quality Control - uphold high standards for presentation and taste of all dishes.
4. Team Collaboration - communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
5. Menu Development - collaborate with the head chef on new recipes and improvements.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance - keep the kitchen and your area clean and well-maintained, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
