Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our very busy Cardiology Department as a fulltime Band 4 Associate Clinical Physiologist. This varied and interesting role within a dynamic and supportive team involves analysing all ambulatory monitors and downloading blood pressure recordings, providing support to the specialised pacing service and remote monitoring service. You will act as second operator during exercise testing (CPEX) and support the ACHD team during shuttle tests and other procedures.
Responsibilities
* Analyse ambulatory monitors and downloaded blood pressure recordings.
* Support the specialised pacing service and remote monitoring service.
* Maintain accurate service records and assist with patient paperwork.
* Act as second operator for exercise testing and CPET.
* Provide support to the ACHD team during shuttle tests and other required procedures.
* Manage stock, order non‑stock items, support equipment maintenance and assist with arranging patient appointments.
Qualifications
* Experience working within an ECG department.
* Extensive knowledge of ECG interpretation.
* Working towards, or already holding, the Diploma in Electrocardiography.
