This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join one of the UK’s leading systems integration businesses, delivering complex projects across Water Treatment and Power & Energy sectors. Electrical Design Manager - The Role: Lead and oversee LV electrical design activities across multiple projects and site locations Manage and support a team of Electrical Design Engineers, ensuring high technical standards and project delivery Support compliance activities and client site assessments Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers within the team Ensure all designs meet relevant technical specifications, standards and QA requirements Work closely with clients, project teams and site teams throughout project delivery Drive continuous improvement and engineering best practice across the design function Electrical Design Manager - What We’re Looking For: Strong background in LV electrical design and industrial systems Previous leadership or management experience Detailed knowledge of motor starters, relay logic and electrical control systems Experience using an electrical CAD package, ideally EPLAN. Knowledge of BS EN (phone number removed) and BS EN 60947 standards HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Why Join?
