Our non-profit organisation is seeking a Temporary Data Reconciliation Assistant to support our mission and help us keep our data accurate and up-to-date.
Location: Westminster, City of Westminster
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Working Pattern: Part Time (20 Hours)
Hourly Rate: From £14
DBS Required
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with data reconciliation tasks within our donation system. This is a short-term role ideal for someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and working with data.
Key Responsibilities
Run duplicate reports from our donation system to identify duplicate records.
Merge duplicate records using criteria provided by the System Administrator and Individual Giving Manager.
Work towards daily targets to ensure timely completion (there are a high volume of records).
What We're Looking For
Comfortable with routine tasks and meeting daily goals.
Experience working with data and performing data reconciliation.
Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but not essential (full training provided).
No prior knowledge of Donorfy required.Why Join Us?
