As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships through consultancy-based sales in a B2B capacity alongside continuously maximising growth opportunities. You will currently be working in an account management role and have a proven track record of growing sales through a book of clients.
With the sales and marketing team based in the UK; this role will be based out of our London Office. Account Managers will be expected to work on a hybrid basis in the office Tuesday Friday and work from home on Mondays providing a suitable work from home set up.
What Youll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building long-term relationships.
* Understand client goals and challenges to offer proactive, tailored solutions.
* Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to drive satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion
* Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
* Identify and execute upsell opportunities and drive growth within your existing portfolio.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations to support renewals, expansions, and success planning.
