The Senior Sales Assistant performs all duties of a Sales Assistant & Keyholder, delivering a seamless customer experience and acting as a role model and coach. As a trusted management team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring team and business needs are met. This role is an excellent first step in developing your people management and operational skills in retail.
This position is for 25 hours per week, with varied shifts across 7 days, including covering management holidays when needed.

THE ROLE – Senior Sales Assistant – MILTON KEYNES
* Take responsibility for opening & closing the store when necessary, following all relevant procedures.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the store's overall performance: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV.
* Lead on delivery procedures when necessary, processing stock in line with company expectations.
* Assist the store management team with daily retail operations and health & safety procedures, including deliveries, stock takes, replenishment, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment.
* Drive high standards of customer service to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
* Handle till transactions and assist with complex customer inquiries.
