Meridian are looking for a Property Finance coordinator to work with a renowned global transport and logistics company based in theMilton Keynes(MK7) Pay: £15.00ph - £18.00ph - Dependanton experience Starting as soon as Possible Temporary ongoing role - Potential to go permanent Monday to Fridayeither 08:00 till 16:00 or 09:00 till 17:00 - Your choice Great Site facilities: Free on-siteparking, Free Starbucksvending machine&Free food & Fruit / Great canteen and breakout spaces. As a Property Finance coordinator you will be alongside an e xperienced property team of four, youll take ownership of key f inancial and administrative tasks across a portfolio of 31 sites in the UK. This diverse role involves m anaging property and facilities invoices, maintaining real estate databases, reviewing landlord charges, and preparing monthly reports. Youll also support with ad-hoc property queries, purchase orders, and occasionally cover reception duties all within a modern office environment offering great facilities. Were looking for a detail-driven, analogical individual with a strong finance or data background and advanced Excel skills. Youll be confident working with numbers, invoices, and spreadsheets containing formulas, with the accuracy and initiative to manage multiple priorities. Experience in property, facilities, or real estate administration would be beneficial, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important. Property Finance coordinator: Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the real estate database Manage the central property/FM inbox, process all incoming invoices for, rents, service charge, rates, insurance. Maintain and regularly review the global real estate database (Planon) Responsible for reviewing landlord service charges and, landlords utilities charges, and updating spreadsheets with the information. Be responsible for all business water invoices, via relevant portals, liaising with accounts team to ensure payments are on time. Compiling of Monthly Global Reports. Raising of Ad-Hoc purchase orders for the department. Address ad hoc property related queries (e.g. parking, waste disposal, lighting issues) Provide general support for any property related matters across the business.
