Youll play a hands-on role in ensuring production flow, solving problems lineside, and developing highly technical NC programs that directly support live build activity. What Youll Be Doing Providing expert lineside support within a high-volume aerospace manufacturing station. Creating, validating and optimising NC programs in accordance with engineering and manufacturing requirements. Performing numerical simulations, supporting jigs & tool specifications, and integrating programs into DNC systems. Collaborating with Production, Quality and Work Prep during demonstration and validation stages. Driving continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency. What Youll Bring NVQ Level 4 / HNC or equivalent qualification. Background in Manufacturing Engineering or NC Programming. Experience using CATIA and SAP (highly desirable). Understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes (beneficial). A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work effectively onsite. Why This Role Stands Out ?
