The CLPCN HR & Finance assistantwill be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to theFinance & HR Officer CLPCN. The post holder will administrate Finance andHR systems and provide reception cover if needed.
Main duties of the job
Recruitment
Prepare Role Specifications and JobDescriptions as a resource for recruitment
Advertise posts on NHS Jobs and variousother platforms
Assist with administration of applicationsand interviews
Prepare and circulate interview documentsand maintain accurate and up to date recruitment files.
Assist with planning interview arrangements
Provide administrative support forrecruitment and onboarding of new staff to the PCN
Assist with preparation of induction plansfor new staff and ensure they have required access to information systems andequipment as required
Ongoing Employment
Update HR management systems
Record sickness and other absences of staffand provide regular reports
Provide administrative support for HRmeetings when required.
Liaise with Line Managers for timelycollation of records / meeting notes
Follow internal systems for ensuring payamendments relating to sickness or other unpaid absences are actioned.
Follow internal systems to monitormandatory training
Maintain HR personnel files includingsupervision, review and annual appraisal forms.
Resource Management
Assist withadministration of stock ordering and receipt of goods
Update recordsof clinical stock ordered and received.
Match nonclinical invoices to delivery notes
Raise invoicesfor services provided as required
Assist withPetty Cash record keeping
General Finance
Assist with posting of invoices onaccounting software
