Job Title: Art Tutor - Maternity Cover
Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary: 27,167.70 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday | 8.30am4.00pm
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st December 2026 | Term Time Only

Youll play a key role in shaping our Art curriculum and igniting the creative spark in pupils who need alternative pathways to success.
What Youll Be Doing

* Lead engaging, high-quality Art teaching across the school.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and strengthen the Art curriculum.
* Teach across a range of qualification pathways to support pupil achievement.
* Continuously review and refine curriculum content to keep it challenging, inspiring and personalised.
* Deliver learning that reflects our school values: nurturing, holistic and tailored to each individual.
And throughout it all, youll have ongoing support, training and guidance while watching pupils grow in confidence, resilience and skill.
