Your new role
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator/ Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across our organisation. This role is central to ensuring consistency, structure, and excellence throughout the project life cycle.Working closely with Project Managers and Cost Managers, you will play a key role in maintainingernance, overseeing documentation, administration and embedding best practice processes across multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on project delivery and efficiency.
Project Coordination & Administration
1. Support contract administration across projects, ensuring accuracy andpliance
2. Coordinate and attend project meetings (virtual & in-person), producing high quality minutes
3. Prepare project packs and agendas
4. Manage and maintain key project documentation including
5. Risk registers
6. Procurement and order logs
7. RFIs and change control documentation
8. Programme tracking and reporting
9. Action and decision logs
10. Ensure all project data is accurate, up to date, and aligned withpany standards
Quality Assurance &ernance
11. Ensurepliance with internal QA procedures, NHSernance, and construction frameworks
12. Champion accuracy, consistency, and best practice across all projects
13. Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and enhancing workflows
What you'll need to succeed
14. Experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO environments
15. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
16. Confidentmunicator with experience working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
17. Excellent attention to detail and amitment to quality
18. Strong digital skills across project management tools and document systems
19. Experience in healthcare construction or NHS environments desirable
