We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Carer to join our outstanding team. At Eclipse Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centered domiciliary care and fostering a supportive and professional working environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Support client care assessments, including risk evaluations and regular reviews
* Supervise, mentor, and support care staff to uphold service excellence
* Assist in the day-to-day coordination and operation of care services
* Promote and maintain client dignity, independence, and confidentiality at all times
* Contribute to a positive and professional image of both the service and yourself
* Deliver care in line with CQC standards and company policies
* Provide hands-on care to clients in their own homes during on-call hours, including evenings and weekends
* Manage client care in emergency situations and ensure all support needs are met effectively
* Engage in ongoing training and development as directed by senior management
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care*
* Proven ability to safely manage and administer medication
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using basic IT systems (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* A compassionate and professional approach with flexibility to meet service needs
* Full UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Health and Social Care preferred (but we are open to considering strong applicants with less experience)
