Your new role As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s financial health by overseeing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and minimising outstanding debts. Managing credit control processes, chasing overdue payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Reconciling accounts, resolving invoice disputes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing procedures and improve cash flow. Conducting risk assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and optimise payment terms. Maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in credit control Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in financial systems such as Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software.
