CK Group are recruiting for a IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support) to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry in Bournemouth on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
Salary:
£151.48 per hour PAYE
IT Support Analyst Role:
Recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties & recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, goals & procedures.
Provide creative, effective solutions & recommend procedures and resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, & end user satisfaction.
Provide guidance to less experienced Service Desk staff in areas such as problem resolution, communication, etc.Your Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field experience
Experience of PC software (Microsoft operating systems and applications suites, email systems, etc.) within a network environment or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation and networking technologies
Working knowledge of industry standards with regards to system and network administration
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompany:
