What You'll Be Doing
Core Finance Responsibilities
5. Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs
6. Raising accurate client invoices in line with agreements
7. Monitoring aged debt and managing credit control activities
8. Supporting reconciliations, audits, and month end processes
Where You'll Add Real Value
9. Building and analysing datasets using advanced Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
10. Identifying inefficiencies and helping to automate manual processes
11. Supporting improvements across finance systems and workflows
12. Exploring AI tools and data-led approaches to enhance reporting and insight
What We're Looking For
13. Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
14. A genuine interest in AI and data analysis within finance
15. Curiosity around automation and continuous process improvement
16. A mindset focused on improving efficiency and challenging existing processes
17. Strong hands on experience with accounting software
18. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
