* Contract Type: Inside IR35
* Work Arrangement: 100% site-based (no hybrid option)
* Contract Duration: 8 months+

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our client's maintenance department at Fawley Refinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor contracts and orders, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with company controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer vendor contracts and orders to ensure uninterrupted delivery and compliance.
* Research and analyze contracts, providing recommendations.
* Monitor and manage contract expiration dates.
* Liaise daily with Contractor Representatives to resolve purchase order and invoice issues.
* Generate contract status reports for management.
* Ensure effective contract administration, records management, and compliance with procurement and business requirements.
* Support Accounts Payable and coordinate with field personnel for Contractor performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with Contract Advisor and Representatives to improve contract performance.
* Work closely with Procurement on contract renewal, awards, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analysis tools.
* Experience in large organizations or complex settings.
* Experience working with contractors, especially in developing countries.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance management tools.
* Understanding of business ethics, controls, reporting, and local commercial environments.
* Ability to incorporate security and community objectives into contracting plans.
* Budget reporting and analysis skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Knowledge of Maintenance, Reliability, and Procurement processes related to contracts.
* Understanding of contract terms and conditions.
* High safety, health, and environmental standards.
* Strong observation, listening, interpersonal, motivation, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a multicultural environment.
