Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Central London (In-person, Hybrid Available After 6 Months)
Salary: From £40,000 per annum (plus performance bonus)

A well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Central London is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters within a supportive and ambitious environment that values career development, legal excellence, and a collaborative culture.
The Role:You’ll manage your own caseload from initial instruction to post-completion, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver a seamless, high-quality legal service. This role also offers scope for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions (freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy, etc.)
* Draft legal documents, contracts, and client correspondence
* Provide practical, accurate legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Supervise and support junior legal staff including paralegals and trainees
* Keep up to date with relevant property and conveyancing legislation
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum 3 years’ experience handling a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
* Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are advantageous but not essential
