Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking an HR Advisor on a Full:Time, Permanent basis. This position offers home working with some travel between sites in South Wales.
Main duties:
To act as a key HR contact for HR queries across sites. To support HR and Recruitment administration and coordination. To support recruitment and onboarding. To advise on HR policies, ER issues, employment law etc.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):
HR Experience : Ideally ER
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
